Detailed thoughts on my order

I placed an order for a T700 Carbon Fiber Paddle (16mm), a Pickleball Paddle Cover, and a pack of Indoor Pickleballs. The ordering process on the website was smooth, no confusing steps. I received an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping notification with tracking within 24 hours. The package arrived in excellent condition within 6 days of ordering, which is decent for standard shipping. The paddle itself feels solid and responsive; the grip was comfortable right out of the box, although I noticed a very slight imperfection on the edge guard, nothing major, just cosmetic. The paddle cover fits snugly, and the indoor balls have a good bounce. Customer service was not needed, so I can't comment on that, but the overall experience from browsing to unboxing was efficient and straightforward. They don't have a huge selection of apparel yet, which would be a nice addition, but for paddles and basics, they're solid.

Consistently reliable purchases

This isn't my first time ordering from Golden Pickleball, and they're always consistent. I snagged another Golden Pickleball Carbon Fiber Paddle, this time the 13mm, and some Replacement Grips. Just like my last order, everything arrived promptly and was well-packaged. The paddle feels great, a nice change from the 16mm for certain games. Their shipping speed is always reliable, usually takes about 4-5 days to reach me. My only small point is that sometimes the product descriptions could be more comprehensive on the technical specs. Still, I keep coming back because I know what to expect.

My new favorite paddle!

I just got my Golden Pickleball Carbon Fiber Paddle and it's amazing! The T700 carbon fiber really makes a difference. I've been wanting to try a 16mm paddle and this one feels perfect. The grip is comfortable too, though I might add some lead tape later. Shipping was super fast, got it in like 3 days. I'm definitely buying more from here, already telling my friends!

Solid gear, minor shipping delay

I ordered a 16mm Pickleball Paddle and a Neoprene Paddle Case. The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was smooth. I got a confirmation email right away. Shipping took about 5 days to reach me in California, which was a little longer than expected, but the items arrived well-packaged. The paddle itself is great, good grip and power. The case fits perfectly. I had a question about the warranty, and customer support answered my email within a day, which was helpful. Overall, happy with the quality for the price.

Good paddle, quick shipping

Bought a T700 Carbon Fiber Paddle. Shipped fast. Got it in 3 days. Paddle feels good. Had a small scuff on the edge guard, but nothing major. Would buy again.

Decent value, room for improvement

I picked up the Golden Pickleball Carbon Fiber Paddle during a sale. The price was competitive, and the paddle feels solid in hand. It's got good pop and control for my style of play. Delivery was standard, got to me in about a week. My one small critique is that the grip felt a bit thin for my hands, so I had to add an overgrip right away. It's not a huge deal, but something to note. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking. Overall, it's a good paddle for the money, just wish the stock grip was a bit thicker.

Easy to order and fast

Got a Backpack Pickleball Bag and some Outdoor Pickleballs from Golden Pickleball. The bag is bigger than I expected, which is actually a good thing for all my stuff. Ordering was a breeze, super simple website. It shipped out quick and got here in about 5 days, no issues. The balls are good quality too. I just wish they had more color options for the bags, but that's minor. Good experience all around.

Good paddle, quick shipping

I ordered a 16mm Pickleball Paddle and a Neoprene Paddle Case. The paddle feels well-made and the case offers decent protection. Shipping was pretty fast, arrived in about 4 days which was good. My only minor gripe is that the website could use a bit more detail on paddle differences; I had to do some external research to really understand the 13mm vs 16mm options. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and the value.
